OCNI’s head office is situated on the traditional territory of the Mississauga Nation and the Treaty territory of Scugog Island, Curve Lake, Alderville, Hiawatha, Rama, Beausoleil, and Georgina Island First Nations. It was these 7 First Nations that Canada recognized when Williams Treaty was negotiated in 1923.
