These CNL sessions will cover key topics such as Sustainability\, Procurement Opportunities\, and Mission Updates. \n\n\n\nAgenda\n\n\n\nCNL Sessions: \n\n\n\nSustainability\, Procurement Opportunities\, and Mission Updates \n\n\n\n3:00 PM – 5:00 PM \n\n\n\n(Complimentary for members/local suppliers registered for the CNL Industry Day) \n\n\n\nOCNI/CNL Industry Day 2026 Trade Show \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nDate: Thursday\, September 24\, 2026 \n\n\n\nTime: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm EDT \n\n\n\nWhere: Canadian Nuclear Laboratories\, 286 Plant Rd\, Chalk River ON\, K0J 1J0 \n\n\n\nTent Layout: Download \n\n\n\nThe OCNI/CNL Industry Day 2026 trade show will provide suppliers and industry members with valuable opportunities to connect directly with CNL staff and supply chain representatives on site. It’s also a great opportunity to network with peers and build new industry relationships. \n\n\n\nBus Tour: 10:00 am and 1:00 pm \n\n\n\nCNL has arranged for bus tours of the revitalized Chalk River campus. This short driving tour will showcase examples of waste management and environmental remediation activities\, new capital construction projects underway\, and point out a number of the over 100 unique laboratories. One hour in duration. Board the white coach bus at 10:00 and 1:00 in front of the Minwamon Building. \n\n\n\nMeeting Space: \n\n\n\nMeeting space is available to Industry Day participants. Four private rooms are available for use on first-come first-served basis within the Minwamon Building. As there is no set schedule\, please be respectful of the available time\, and use the space efficiently. In addition\, there are many locations for impromptu meetings and discussions at the cocktail tables. \n\n\n\nREGISTRATION FEES \n\n\n\nOCNI Member Fees \n\n\n\nTrade Show Booth – $2\,700 +HST (Early bird pricing $2\,500 ends June 30th)  \n\n\n\nIncludes two complimentary passes\, one 6 ft. table\, two chairs\, and lunch for two attendees.  \n\n\n\nExtra Booth Staff – $150 +HST (Early Bird Pricing $120\, ends June 30th)  \n\n\n\nThis is for additional attendees at your booth. This also includes breakfast and lunch.  \n\n\n\nTrade Show Delegate – $225 +HST  \n\n\n\nIf your company is not exhibiting but would like to walk the show.
