Join OCNI and Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) for an evening of great food, engaging conversation, and new industry connections at our annual Industry Day Banquet Dinner.
Before the dinner, CNL will host complimentary afternoon sessions open to members registered for the Industry Day. These CNL sessions will cover key topics such as Sustainability, Procurement Opportunities, and Mission Updates.

The OCNI/CNL Industry Day 2026 trade show will provide suppliers and industry members with valuable opportunities to connect directly with CNL staff and supply chain representatives on site. It’s also a great opportunity to network with peers and build new industry relationships.
Bus Tour: 10:00 am and 1:00 pm
CNL has arranged for bus tours of the revitalized Chalk River campus. This short driving tour will showcase examples of waste management and environmental remediation activities, new capital construction projects underway, and point out a number of the over 100 unique laboratories. One hour in duration. Board the white coach bus at 10:00 and 1:00 in front of the Minwamon Building.
Meeting Space:
Meeting space is available to Industry Day participants. Four private rooms are available for use on first-come first-served basis within the Minwamon Building. As there is no set schedule, please be respectful of the available time, and use the space efficiently. In addition, there are many locations for impromptu meetings and discussions at the cocktail tables.

Trade Show Booth – $2,700 +HST (Early bird pricing $2,500 ends June 30th)
Includes two complimentary passes, one 6 ft. table, two chairs, and lunch for two attendees.
Extra Booth Staff – $150 +HST (Early Bird Pricing $120, ends June 30th)
This is for additional attendees at your booth. This also includes breakfast and lunch.
Trade Show Delegate – $225 +HST
If your company is not exhibiting but would like to walk the show. This also includes breakfast and lunch.
OCNI Member: Women Owned & Indigenous-Owned Business
Trade Show Booth – $2,100 +HST (Early bird pricing $2,000, ends June 30th)
Includes two complimentary passes, one 6 ft. table, two chairs, and lunch for two attendees.
